A dramatic dahlia in deep plum, burgundy and velvety magenta, set against a rich charcoal ground with contrasting soft blush and ivory borders. Originally painted by Nay as part of a series of nine small dahlia studies, each celebrating the individuality of the flower through colour, form and contrasting painted grounds.
Professionally reproduced as a fine art giclée print on beautifully textured, heavyweight paper, Velvet is finished in a hand-painted frame, carefully chosen to complement the deep, moody tones within the artwork.
A rich and atmospheric piece designed to bring depth, drama and colour to your home, whether displayed on its own or styled alongside other pieces from the Dahlia collection.
