POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

All orders are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Shipping within the UK is included in the price of all original artwork. Shipping charges apply to all other territories and will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Orders within the UK are sent via UPS or Royal Mail. Original artwork is sent using a signed-for delivery service to ensure your order is insured and protected. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Original artwork shipped internationally will be sent via Transglobal International Signed For or another secure delivery service. Nay will contact you with estimated delivery dates and details of the service being used.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and additional courier handling or customs clearance fees.

These charges are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees are typically requested directly by the courier before delivery.

As these charges vary depending on the destination, order value and delivery provider, we are unable to confirm the exact amount in advance.
